Welcome
Below is a bit of background about how I came to be here with a website full of exciting and nourishing offerings.
For many years I worked as a Secondary Art and Design Teacher, I remember with fondness the joy of an art student when they are enthused and excited by their ideas and their pride when they had created a piece of work which challenged and tested them.
I committed to training as a Forest School Leader and taking the love and joy of teaching to the outside space in 2022. Following this I trained in Facilitating Sacred Women's Drum Circles. Forest School and Drumming work beautifully in partnership, both value our earth, nature and the connection that we have with the natural living world and beyond. I have been privileged to share this experience in conversation on two different Radio Stations- click here and scroll to the bottom of the list to choose to listen to them.
Since then I have been on a wonder of courses and trainings, I am now qualified and experienced in Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Munay Ki Rites and Drum Birthing. Blending the spiritual with our everyday to better connect to the earth and ourselves.
I hope that this gives you an idea of where I come from and the energy and passion that I bring to every thing that I do. Below and in the top tool bar you can find links to the different areas that I work in.
Over the years I have trained to a high standard in all the things that I offer - but more than the certificate - I have experience and passion in these areas. I have learnt through offering and connecting in so many ways.
I look forward to meeting you in whatever way works for you.

Mission Statement
I am passionate about the need for all of us to connect to nature and history. I believe that sharing space together actively teaches us all to be mindful and considerate to the environment and habitats within it and to each other. I invite children and adults to discover a love for the great outdoors and theirselves where we can listen to birdsong, hear the wind through the trees and connect to the elements and the earth together.
