A Women's Circle is a welcoming and supportive sacred space. You are invited to be your authentic self and to meditate, share, connect and sing. Within this space we connect to ourselves and to the earth. It is a space of empowerment. It is a space of release. It is a space of enormous energy. And it can be really fun!

Within the Drum Circle you are invited to drum, to make noise and move. No two drum circles are ever the same, the people, the energy, the space is always different. At the end there is an opportunity to connect and share homemade cake and tea together.

Being part of this ever growing and emerging community is nurturing and freeing, we meet regularly twice a month in Mundon Victory Hall. Every second sunday and every fourth Tuesday of the month for our women's only offering- please find further information on Eventbrite. We are fully booked every month so please don't hesitate!

Sheshed

I have a whatsapp group for women who have been to circle before and are interested in further events which may be held in my garden outdoor space "Sheshed". This is where private events are offered: healing treatments, cacao ceremonies, full moon drumming and more. To be part of this community please attend an event and I can add you to the group after if you'd like.

Drums

The drums available to borrow are both synthetic and animal hide. You do not have to have your own, but if you do - please bring it along! The hide drums have been made with love , intention and honouring of the animal that has passed. When you are in circle choose a drum that calls you- there will be one that catches your eye!

Altar Space

Every circle I hold has a Central Space designed and built with the intention of connection. You are invited to bring anything you wish to charge on the Altar space. We drum by candle light most of the time, the flowers and objects on the Altar have been found, made and grown by me where ever possible. In outside spaces the central piece may be a real fire which is always warm and comforting.

When the Drummers were Women

The book by Layne Redmond reminds us how women have been connected to the drum throughout history. Coming to a Drumming Circle isn't a new experience it is a remembering.

Most of my circles are women only spaces, as women there is a beautiful thread that links us intrinsically- this is felt by women of all ages and experiences, the quotes from some attendees are below.

Private Events

It is wonderful to connect through the drum, our drum circle is a beautiful space. If you feel that you are not ready for a bug group maybe you would like to drum with me- just the two of us ( or a few friends).
